PROJECT 17
In the Summer of 2024, ONAM identified 17 counties in Ohio without an Ohio UPCI Church. Bishop James Stark launched an initiative called Project 17 to put an Ohio UPCI church in every county of Ohio. Since that initiative launched, there are now 11 counties that do not have an Ohio UPCI church.
Counties WITHOUT an Ohio UPCI Church include: Brown, Clinton, Champaign, Erie, Hancock, Hardin, Henry, Noble, Paulding, Pike, Putnam.
